Great service and staff. After I lost my husband suddenly I needed equipment that I could handle. Last year they set me up with a Stihl self propelled battery powered mower, which I love, and this year with a Stihl battery powered whipper. I would not hesitate to go back for anything I need in the future.

Dave and his staff are very knowledgeable about their product, very professional and extremely kind. They were patient to help me choose a fitting new riding mower. They have a delivery service and hands on training which makes purchasing equipment from them convenient. I am enjoying my riding mower with ease. Upon bringing the used mower home a previously unknown issue arose with the gas line and Dave sent his tech to my home to fix it no questions asked. The staff are awesome and treat you like family. They will educate you on products and maintenance to save you money. There is never any pressure to spend beyond your budget and the fact that they have pick up and delivery is so handy. I have been with them for 9 years and have never had any problems, they have certainly gained my trust! I highly recommend Dave and the staff to take care of your equipment needs whether it be new products or service and parts! They are beyond 5 Star!

Customer service is terrible. They made clerical errors on my bill and then argued about it. They even called my sister and argued with her when it was MY snowblower they worked on. We will never go back.
We have purchased many items over the years from this company. From weedwakers to a $12,000 Desiel lawnmower. We have always been given incredible service on both our purchases and repairs for older items. They have never tried to pressure sell us items we did not need. We would recommend their services to anyone in the market for any outdoor items. So if you want/need personal help and knowledge on products this is the place for you!
Have been doing business with LaSalle Lawn Equipment for over 12 years. They service what they sell, Dave has always gone the extra mile to get my mowers repaired and operational. NEVER A PROBLEM !
Terrible arrogant service.We brought our lawnmower in to be repaired, we paid $40, brought it home and it ran just as bad as when we brought it in.Called them back, they insisted that they had fixed it and would not refund our money. Terrible customer service.

THIS CUSTOMER STARTED THE LAWNMOWER BY THEMSELVES BEFORE THEY LEFT THE STORE . THEY WERE NOT HAPPY WITH THE LAWNMOWER THEY BOUGHT FROM SEARS . SEARS CALLED US AND THOUGHT THE SAME THING AS WE DID, THEY PUT THE SAME OLD GAS IN IT.THEY JUST WEREN'T HAPPY WITH THE MOWER AND WANTED THEIR MONEY BACK FROM SEARS. THIS MOWER WAS BROUGHT IN FOR A NO START AND LEFT OUR STORE RUNNING, JUST LIKE THE MANY OTHERS WE DO EVERY YEAR. WE DO ALOT OF BUSSINESS AND HAVE ALOT OF REGULAR CUSTOMERS THAT ARE HAPPY EVERY YEAR SORRY YOUR NOT ONE OF THEM. NEXT TIME TELL THE WHOLE STORY. THANK YOU.
