Issues with CRA now and the accountant is always on holidays not doing his job which is to help fix it. Go elsewhere for a better service. Thus one cares less. Won't be using them again. Don't recommend. H&R block is better and fast but slow and delayed and unresponsive as this one is.

not only did my taxes that were prepared by this company have an error, I could not get anyone to call me back. The receptionist said someone will call back at their convenience. never will my family use this company again
