I was looking for a great hair salon/barber when I moved back into the area after the summer and had changed styles. My friend, whom of which has amazing hair, pointed me towards Palazzo. I did not and still do not regret my decision. The service is amazing, the staff is extremely friendly, and they are all highly skilled in their trade. I would without a doubt recommend Palazzo to anyone who is looking for a new place to try out. I personally go to Hilary and would recommend her to everyone.

Terrible costumer service. I went for a cut and colour. She did a TERRIBLE job. She messed up on the colour and accidentally coloured my hair a different colour than it was supposed too be. Even though I think she did it on purpose because at the beginning she said the colour I asked for wouldn't look good on me. Don't ever say that to a paying customer!! You do what they want. I asked for a trim she cut 3 inches off. Didn't even apologise. They are way over priced.
