Lindaly Nails

I was very unsatisfied with my results, I went in to get a set of acrylic nails, i asked for coffin shape and regular nail polish coating. At the end of my appointment I did not have coffin shaped nails they were just brought in a bit & the lady seemed very rushed while doing my nails, I was asked to dry my nails in front of a heater, when I was told that I was okay to go I had noticed that air bubbles had been left on the nail polish from the heat & my nails were uneven. I was very unsatified

Very clean, great services, love and amazed by their hand painted designs, they also have many I mean many colours to chose from. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good nail salon to go to. Going back in two weeks.

Bad experience at Nail Trix, Waterloo

I visited Nail Trix in March for a shellac manicure. It was my first time, and I was satisfied with the initial result. I went back 2 weeks later to have it taken off and this is where things got ugly. The technician took out a nail drill to remove the shellac and removed a good piece of my healthy nail along with it (this was done on each and every nail)!! I was very upset...I could tell something was not normal and she said it's probably just the acetone. This happened on Saturday. I returned on Monday to see the store owner, who wasn't there. I called him and tried to schedule a time to show him what happened, but he could only meet me at the end of the week...too long in my opinion when a client is very unhappy with what's happened. Needless to say I will not be returning to this salon and am very unhappy with the way things turned out.

Great place, great service, very clean. Amazing designs done, best place for artificial nails, they have so many new things there i've never seen any where else. if you love gel polish/shellac this is the place to go! They have so many colours and the brand they use is CND & OPI gel polish. will go back soon!

All i can say is..WOW

I first went to Nail trix when they opened up and it was horrible service and the place was a mess. But, coincidentlly i was stuck to go there as a last resort a couple years later without knowing there are new owners now. The new owners are a young couple with a fresh outlook on things. The place is sparking clean and the customer service is amazing. They make you feel like family and the services they now provide are over the top with their top quality products. I would now recommend this place to anyone. They also have a lot of children that go there now. I will no longer go anywhere else but Nail Trix Waterloo. If you haven't gone there yet, seriously you need to!! NEW MANAGEMENT!!
