Thank you Fireplace Shop for the condescending and extremely arrogant treatment I received for my new fireplace. Peter was clearly not interested in a customer with a budget, saying: there are two ways to do things, and thats one of them. I prefer doing something timeless - as he pushed me to spend $50,000. The thank you for the rude treatment is because it inspired me to find a great competitor who delivered a spectacular result at under $15,000. 6 months later I still smile when I see it
