I was naive to assume that BMW Toronto would honour the signed contract and offer a fair solution. They offered me the exact same bike in the 2018 model year for almost $3000 more!!!. When I say the exact same I mean it, same engine, paint, features and styling. They refuse to open a dialog and hide behind the words theirs nothing we can do. BMW Toronto Doesn't Care About Their Customer Safety.

Buyer be ware! Bought a used 2012 x1 and complained right away that it wasn't driving properly. They took it for a test drive and said that that is the way it should drive. It didn't sit well with me so I took it to BMW Barrie and they put it up on the hoist and said that the tires were extremely cracked with dry rot and that the wire was protruding from the back passenger tire. They said it was too unsafe to drive and that they need to be replace immediately. I only have 49,000kms.

Just picked up my third 3 series from BMW Toronto. The service has been excellent over the last 8 or so years. Keep up the good work, looking forward to many more!

This has been the worst customer service i have received from any car dealership. 1 star is generous to the treatment i have received. Worst Experince of getting a new Car

This is the the worst Dealership to get a new car from The service is none existing. The Sales guy Warren never called me after he got the deal. Management Antonio is a sales Manger will only bully you when you call him. To top it of the General manger/partner is a young girl in her 20's wich sounds like a brocken record when she talks going around in circules and does nothing. I was taking a video wich is up on youtube on how bad the delivery of the car was. This guys did't show or explain one single Thing about the Car, They properly don't know how any thing works them self. This kind of experience gives BMW a bad name. I have filled a formal complain with BMW Canada and BMW Germany.
