I am extremely upset with the service we received. The lack of knowledge and professionalism is beyond words. The amounts of mistakes made by the agent tells me that unfortunately she has no idea what she’s doing. We were traveling with an infant and our seats were not booked beside each other, and we were over charged for the seat since the fee is $95 and the agent charged us $130. Unfortunately I don’t have the space to write every single mistake this agent made, STAY AWAY FROM THIS AGENCY!!!

Very poor service - lack of experience or knowledge - agent made number of huge mistakes. plus being extremely rule!! NEVER AGAIN

HOROBLE SRVICE - 1. My Wife with 15 month old baby and her sister were not showing as traveling together 2. We did not have seats together 3. We paid extra $130 each way each seat to arrive at the AirCanada desk and they have no record of it. 4. The seats I was told were $130 are actually $95 5. Booking agent made number of mistakes and switched our birthdays 6. AirCanada had no record of a vegan meal request in advanced I CALL THEM FOR HELP-MY ADVICE IS TO STAY AWAY FROM THESE RUDE PEOPLE!

Rude Costumer Service

I inquired about flight details and that operator said.."Andes, hello?" Then, she said.."Hold on". Then hanged up on me. Isn't it rude? Bad costumer service.
