We work with tangible real estate investment (Residential, Commercial, Condo and Townhome Projects) and engage in purchasing, holding,developing and flipping based on which strategy generates the maximum profit.

Depending on the project, area, and price, we sometimes invest to sell quickly and make a profit on a property’s appreciation.
