Their equipment is terrible and underperformed from the moment it arrived on my job site. I called them to switch out the machine and was told this is the best we have so deal with it. I will never rent from here again!
At this time we have no record of a Keith A. in our customer base. This is not our method of operation and any equipment shortfalls are handled with the customers job in mind, it is not our practice or policy to suggest that a customer "Deal With It".

I rented their Bo...
I rented their Bobcat and Trencher and was only able to get 300 feet Trenched in 8 hours. Should of been able to get 1800 feet easily. The owner (Phil) was unsympathetic to the poor performance of his equipment and wouldn't offer any refund. I wouldn't recommend renting from this business.
Unfortunately the customers expectations of the machine did not match the machine he rented When he spoke to me I had offered him a reduced delivery rate if he chose another machine. with trenchers ground conditions determine productivity.
