multiple e-mails and voice messages left. It has been 9 months and no response. extremely poor company to deal with and wants nothing to do with you once he sold you the doors. No other company wants to fix his work and am left with possibly having to get a completely new entrance door,$5800 value.I would never recommend him .

BEWARE of Promises made by Traditions Windows & Doors. NO call backs. VERY SLOW or NO follow up with after-service problems and issues with workmanship. Follow up has been Non Existent. I requested follow up repairs regarding a separation of the caulking from the window and the outside sill which had occurred within 6 months following the installation. Numerous phone calls were placed to the office, and the sales/owner’s cell phone, leaving messages requesting call backs. I even spoke with another key-player in the business on several occasions, in person and on the phone, asking that the sales/owner call me about the problem I was having. I RECEIVED NO CALL BACKS, NO RESULTS! NOTHING!! Very disappointed!!! It's been a year now and still no call, no remorse, not even a call to say sorry and I'll be with you asap because your business was important to me. Neighbours whom I referred to Traditions Windows & Doors experienced similar problems. It's embarrassing to refer a business and then find out they did not deliver on their promise! Be Wary of promises made by Traditions Windows & Doors regarding after sales service!! THERE IS NONE!! You're on your own!!
