Yesterday I saw Dr. Ebadi and I’m happy to say that the experience was pleasant. He explained the implications of my cornea issue very clearly. His assistant, I think her name was Nadesh, was also very helpful from what I saw. Before I met with the doctor for my appointment, I was sitting in the waiting area for about 45 minutes and I saw so many other patients fill up the room very quickly. I noticed she was multitasking helping the technicians and answering the patients’ questions.

I have been going here for five years and I recently had an appointment. Overall, the experience was really good. I arrived to the appointment and realized that there were a lot of other patients there. Despite this, the staff were helpful especially the doctor’s assistant, who was really pleasant and also efficient in organizing the flow. The doctor was also amazing. Before I started coming here, my vision was really bad but it has improved as I followed his advice.

The office staff and doctors are really good especially the doctor’s assistant Nagesh. She makes everything organized and I didn’t have to wait too long to see the doctor. The office is also kept very clean especially during a pandemic.

I’m very impressed by the clinic on Lawrence. I’m a hard patient to deal with And they reassured me whenever I had questions to ask. Waiting time was reasonable. And I’m so happy with the results. Can’t wait to do my second eye. Doctors were very professional as well as Most of the staff. When I left a message they would return my call within 24 hours. Very pleased

Excellent service. Very professional. Dr. Chow is always very informative and caring. It is a busy place, but I highly recommend it.

I have been going here for a few years now....recommended by my Eye Doctor. Very surprised to see the previous reviews as I never have to wait very llong. They are always on schedule with my appointment. The staff is very efficientl and friendly . I do seem to have to ask the doctor extra questions ,however when he has a concern he always requests follow up and repeat ( earlier) check ups to make sure there are no additional problems,

I was upset and frustrated at the abruptness and insensitivity that I experienced at this clinic. It was a far cry from the care that I have always received with the healthcare professionals in our area. As I was referred for glaucoma, quite a serious condition, my questions and concerns were not adequately addressed. I also lost credibility in their tests and the time taken to assess results. My question is whether this is privately run as the technicians and doctors were run off their feet.

More than two hour wait, less than 2 minutes with the doctor and the caring index is zero. They maybe skillful, but the attitude was cold and abrupt.Alas for the health care system!

The phone is never answered by a PERSON. You always have to leave a voicemail after several "thank you for your call .. thank you for continuing to hold .. you have reached the general mailbox ..".

I am so upset tha...

I am so upset that I'm writing this review as my grandma and I are waiting to see the doctor. We have been coming to this clinic for about a year now and I'm happy for them that their buisness is growing but the wait times are getting out of hand. It's upsetting because our average wait time is between 3-4hrs, everyone waiting all look tired and upset. The doctor here is decent but there's only one....one specialist here on Mondays and EVERYONE is waiting to see him. It would be way more efficient if they hired more? Half my day is dedicated for the appointment. The only reason we're staying is because this clinic is close. Would I recommend? Probably not
