This is an old restaurant that time has forgotten, dated decor, terrible food and high prices. The only saving grace was our waitress( a real gem) personable ,attentive and efficient. We ordered the perch platter and only ate a few pieces between three diners...made all of us ill. The salad bar was totally dismal and all the food had a taste of frozen or pre packaged store bought items. For $75 I think one should expect at least fast food quality and it just wasn't there. NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
The salad bar was to be desired. Very messy, decided against it. Husband had spaghetti which was so dried...must of nuked it. I asked for well done wings and received them with pink still showing. The calamari was a dissapointment. They were just rings and very fishy tasting. The only things we enjoyed was our pina coladas...Wow!!! That was a well spent 60 dollars!
The menus were sticking and dirty looking. There is still broadloom on restaurant floors. Dirty and what kind of germs are breathing is those fibers. Salad bar very near entrance to restaraunt. Door continuely opens, letting in flies etc. Salad bar messy. Food spills not cleaned up.
Presentation of food was sloppy at best. Servers were wearing clothes that looked like they had not been washed in a while. Have gone before, thought we would give it a second chance, but will not return.
Nice casual dining with a somewhat unique atmosphere thanks to the nautical decorations and pictures.
The pearch was good and plump today (on rare occassions from other visits, they are sometimes too small). Their fries, for some reason, always give me heartburn. My wife's mashed potatoes were a little on the pasty side.
