Stepped into the store and was offered friendly help right away. Answered all my questions and looked fir the best deal they could offer me. Excellent service!
We just went to this store, and there were 3 staff standing at the counter chatting about stuff that didn't sound work related. The young girl sort of gave us a snotty look as we walked in, and none of them even acknowledged us when we were there. We walked around for a good 5 minutes without even a hello, so we walked out. Terrible customer service, very rude. Won't go back. I wish there was a minus star rating.
