So I sent a written letter as I was in hosp.. along with someone else to advise this office that Im eentitled to what I had written. Liberty tax filed my taxes ignoring our instructions. They then refilled after my phone call and complaint. Now Im waiting up to 25 wks for a refund. Its nnothing about the money as I dont nneed it.. Its about the fact they ignored everything we asked of them. Never will I go back regardless of how simple my taxes might be.
