Tommy used to run the kitchen at the Plaza Restaurant in the Ajax Plaza on Harwood Ave. in the 1980s. His food was average then and still is. Chicken salad must have been mixed in a high-speed blender because it had no texture and was runny. Little flavour. He's still undercooking frozen french fries after all these years. I was a regular in Ajax from 1985-1988. Tried this place once.
