We bought an expensive lift top coffee table last year. The screws fell out and the holes were too wide to replace which made the table unstable. After a few phone calls and some stressful miscommunications, we were able to deal with the supervisor of repairs Ms. Evita. She was very helpful and dealt with us respectfully.
