DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THE BRICK, DO NOT PURCHASE LG APPLIANCE,DO NOT PURCHASE WARRENTY FROM KING AND STATE. If something goes wrong with your appliance, it will not take not hours to get an answer, it will take days. Purchased 3 LG appliance and 2 of them with in the first 3 months had to be replaced. Now the door of the 2nd dishwasher wont open. Called sales rep Ajithan for help...useless. Warranty Co. does not answer the phone, just crazy. Please listen, or you will definitely have regrets.
1 star is too many. Living in a normal sized house you would expect the delivery men to be able to fit a normal size couch through the door. Nope. Ended up buying a smaller couch, driver said it was too wide and drove away. 2 failed deliveries, a store manager who said it was our fault, and drivers who seem to have a feud with salesmen. Not the professional customer service experience I expected.
There is human error all around but when a company goes above and beyond to correct it- they ought to be commended. I have made my furniture purchases from The Brick on Weston RD. The staff is very helpful, particularly CJ. On my last purchase, there was an error and Customer Rep was quick on having the issue corrected at no extra cost to me. Within days the correct item arrived at my home and was taken care of by the delivery team. I am pleased with my purchase, thanks for the good service.
