Rolled Fondant Covering
The cake texture is firm yet light such as a pound cake or chiffon cake.
Example: White chocolate and Raspberry nostalgia cake, a pristine, white rolled fondant encases the tender, velvety white chocolate cake layers filled with a tart, silky smooth raspberry butter cream.
Butter Cream Covering
The cake texture will be a semi-sponge cake, very light in texture.
Example: Orange Glow Chiffon Cake with an apricot filling covered with almond or vanilla meringue butter cream.
Shaved Dark and White Chocolate Covering
All white chiffon cake with all white vanilla butter cream.
Example: Dark or white chocolate chiffon cake filled with dark, semi-sweet or white chocolate cream with a touch of almond or chocolate liqueur.
