Sunshine Laundromat O'Brien

Monday p.m., Nov 18/18 Thanks a Lot to the Staff member that helped me today laundering my comforter, transferred it to the dryer, folded it, & even took it to my car, as I have difficulty walking. You are a Special Person!!!

Great laundromat but the customer service is horrendous. I was so freaked out I did not even finish drying my stuff, had to get out safely. The lady literally made fun of ne while I was there and kept getting in my way. I could not even get through the smalll isle to get to my laundry without squeezing by her but which was stuck in the. "Excuse me". She finished what she was doing first. The owner should do his or herself a favour and get another attendant or just lose business.

I have been without water since the end of January and have found the O'Brien Street location to be clean, the machines easy to use and the staff very helpful when I have asked for assistance, Jewel L

I agree with the above review, the older lady has absolutely no customer service skills and needs to retire or find another job. I wont even go there anymore because I can not even stand to be around her.

the laundromat itself is ok, but the customer service is terrible. There is an older lady who works there, and is extremely rude every time I go there. I have been there about a dozen times, and whenever she is working it makes the customers uncomfortable. She has no customer service skills, and does what ever she wants. I would never recommend this laundromat to anybdy! She clearly needs to chose a new career.
