Surprised it is still in business, especially given the poor retail sector across Canada. Tried to call and complain but the manager unprofessionally disregarded me. She was very rude. Glad to be dealing with another distributor. Poor management. Also far too expensive. I called back and asked for head office but was told only the owners name if I'd like to complain to him. Time difference or not. Poor running of a distribution business. Zero rating.
