Grottola's Salon & Spa

I was admiring a friend's hairstyle and she told me to go to Grottola's Salon and Spa. I am so glad I did. I love what they did with my hair. They are very knowledgeable about individual hair needs and they have products for every hair type. They know what hair style works for each individual and everyone I saw there getting their hair done, had such a flattering cut. Great service, nice people, and very nice welcoming environment. I highly recommend them.

Stylist didn't sh...

Stylist didn't show up to do curl for university convocation, when she did 30 mins late passed me off to co-op Student so she could do next client. Although student was very nice she had no idea what to do. After a few attempts at curling my hair I decided to leave as my ceremony was I hour away. No apologies given. Added unnecessary stress to an already hectic day
