DO NOT COME!!!! My dog spencer went for his haircut today and he is currently in the hospital because he got cut on his neck and paw because apparently the person cutting his hair put him on a loose surface with your not supposed to do and it slid and she cut him with scissors.
I haven't tried anywhere else in the city because once I went here I didn't need to go anywhere else. My puppy comes for daycare on weekdays while we are at work and occasional boarding when we go on vacation. You can tell the staff really care about the dogs, know them all by name and treat them as if they were their own. It looks pretty clean, the staff are lovely + caring and my dog is always so excited when we get there (great sign!). I always recommend Designer Dogs pet Spa to all..
I have boarded my 2 Dogs here for 2 Years. I have complete trust in them. The staff is excellent and if there has been an issue with my Dogs they call me immediately. My dogs are a handful and these guys go above and beyond to make their stay exceptional.

Designer Dogs Pet Spa is just a terrific groomer for our Old English Sheepdog! The owner is wonderful and the groomers are very knowledgeable and gentle, relaying what needs to be done. The Spa is small, peaceful, quiet, very clean and their products are all green and organic. I recommend these guys all the time!

Has many premium brands like RELIQ and Acana. Also provides grooming facilities etc for dogs. The owners are mostly available at shop and have good knowledge and are equally friendly.

Designer Dogs Pet Spa is the best place to take your pet for grooming in the GTA bar none. I have two large dogs that love to play in the field of our property they get very dirty and even matted due to the fact they love to play in the pond. I was told by three other groomers that our dogs are unruly and very difficult for the staff to deal with but not Designer Dogs Pet Spa who compliment and care for our pets as if they were their own. I have been taking both my dogs to Designer Dogs Pet Spa for the past 3 years and have always been very happy with the service they provide. My dogs have never looked better! Was very surprised last week by the selection of products they carry, my dogs look fantastic in their new jackets!
Incredible grooming facility it is the best I have ever been to and that says a lot. I have five dogs three of which I was told were a groomers nightmare but not at Designer Dogs Pet Spa. Their incredible staff of highly trained groomers actually know how to care for dogs like no other. When three other grooming facilities in Newmarket and Aurora said no can't do Designer Dogs Per Spa say "no problems at all, these beautiful little pals were absolutely no problem" I love this place and you will love it too. The owner clearly lacks professionalism when dealing with issues. I will not be returning to this place after 3 years of using them. Excuses for dog cuts and will never take ownership for mistakes and miscommunication with staff. Extremely disappointed!!
