Modaa Home & Design

We recently did our kitchen and bathroom with them and they were great. They worked with our budget and gave us exactly what we wanted. If there were any issues, they attended them right away. My husband and I were very happy with a job well done.

They are very friendly people and truly care about their work. We got our kitchen and floors done with them. They worked around our budget, answered our questions and were always transparent. We had a minor issue with our tiles, but they fixed it as soon as we reached out to them without giving us any trouble and made sure to keep us happy. Definitely recommend them!

We did our basement with Modaa home and design, including it’s washroom and laminate flooring. We had a little tight timeline because we had guests visiting us from overseas and we needed the basement finished on time. These guys were pretty fast and didn’t compromise with the quality. We had a very good experience working with them and I have already referred them to my friends.

Modaa home & design did a kitchen for us last year and we love it. We really like the quality of work and we get many compliments from our friends and family. Their project manager would come in almost every day to check up on the work progress and answer all our questions. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Work at a distance looks good. When you get close the work, it is not. They do not respond to complaints. We have been complaining for 2 yrs. It is doubtful whether one of their employees who does the bulk of the reno is licenced or capable. Should have held off payment.
