The experience I am having with the auto claim advisor should be rated at 0 star, if not negative. The claim was established in the beginning of May and the advisor never advised any updates, regardless of email and voicemail I left with him. I am the one who constantly calls in to check and has been passed around for a different agent EVERY SINGLE TIME. It's been 3 weeks and never once someone from the insurance company took the initiative to send an update, not to mention offer any help.
