I got water damage with my laptop. At first they told me it would take a week, after one week I did not get any update and I called they said they needed to change some parts so it would take another week, after two weeks I still did not hear from them and I called again and they said should be ready next Tuesday, then I did not get any notice on Tuesday and when I called on Wednesday the receptionist said she did not know the status!
