    I had a really bad experience here, dropped off my wedding dress, was charged $200 because they had to "hand pick dirt off the bottom" and when I went to pick it up (6 weeks later) it was still dirty on the bottom. So they said come back next week. I did and it was still dirty - they just looked at me and didn't acknowledge the problem. I do NOT recommend this cleaner at all!
