Nice guy at first {Ken}. Did a 13'x12' floor. took 4 days and 19.5 hours to do a 10 hour job, can you say Milking the job? In the end, left me 3 broken tiles, uneven tiles, deep grout lines, grout on my floor trim since he didn't remove in the beginning and a 2 inch grout line by the wall. Said will be back after getting 500.00; ya right not.
