I was given this asymmetrical cut at their salon (obviously I did not ask for an asymmetrical cut) and they refused to give me a refund. Contacted their head office and they said they���d get back to me but it���s been over a week with no response. Will update if they do respond and resolve the issue.

Took my daughter in to get the works done for grade graduation; they over charged me for my hair and admitted to overpricing me by $20! I spent over 300 dollars that day and was told they would only give me 10 dollars back because they reassessed my daughters hair and it was $10 more. Terrible Customer Service could not get a phone number for head office only email still waiting for a reply a week later!

We walked in with our daughters after having left Melonheads (who had terrible staff, that we walked out). We were greeted with such friendly staff who gave our children lollipops while they waited. The hairstylists were so friendly and they can cut hair beautifully. They were amazing with the kids. From now on, I will only bring my four children here. I would rather pay the extra money just for them to be treated special and to look like models when they left.
