Manotick Gardens

I am a mature older woman went there on a Saturday to purchase Riverstone NO STAFF To help load on a weekend…the lady was supposed to help me and didn’t very lazy and was complaining about how much money she makes… Obviously doesn’t make enough to help customers load their cars…She also yelled out don’t come back and don’t take the product we’re going to refund your money ...I can’t put enough thumbs down on this ....are we able to put zero stars .... Front line representative should be fired

I found this family-owned business friendly and helpful. Great selection of flowers and plants as well as garden supplies with very respectable pricing. Will definitely be going back throughout the season.

I had wanted to pick up something for my parent's back yard and the staff at Manotick were very friendly and knowledgeable with someone that didn't know much about plants like me. Family run I believe and the prices were good.

Last year I order...

Last year I ordered 7 yards of soil. At delivery it did not look like 7 yards and it wasn't as I ran out. Even worse: the soil had been full of gravel. The owner said he'd "do something" with the next purchase. I also bought several plants - most died - but for 2 I would have appreciated replacements which he refused. This would have made up for the gravel in the soil. For a few dollars he has permanently lost my business and I tell everyone my experience. Stay away from Manotick Gardens!

On August 11th we...

On August 11th we ordered 4 cubic yards of Pine Nuggets to be delivered at our home. The material arrived on the day scheduled, however, not in the quantity ordered. The material was also littered with large stones, chunks of cement and metal scrap. It took 2 days and 3 attempts to reach the owner, who I was advised was the only one who could help. The owner refused to have any serious interest in resolving the issue unless I bought 2 more yards at a "discount".
