Toys "R" Us

I found the act of registering in the store frustrating since they organize most of the products by company, not by type of product. So we would come across crib sheets we liked, register for them, but then come across others we prefer, and then would have to go back and edit out the first ones. They also do not notify you when to expect a gift someone has shipped to your house, resulting in your loved ones having to pay for shipping twice and/or you going to pick it up yourself from the depot.

Very poor customer service. Would not exchange a toy that could potentially be a fire hazard, as it was not working. Straight out of the box. Was told if I didn't buy the store warranty that'd I have to call the manufacturer in china
