Kevin and I met in 2001 while working at the Fairmont Banff Springs Hotel. We quickly realized that we both shared a love for Food and Beverage. We had the honour of being trained by top chefs creating the finest Canadian fare as well as some of the world`s top sommeliers. Many years of pairing and tasting wines, learning about our world`s wine regions and visiting numerous wineries to become educated on a winès creation, allowed us to realize our dream.
