Paramed has been worse than no help at all. They have frequently failed to even show up, or they show up at a time that is hours later than is requested or useful. When they do show up they have failed to help the patient to get medication, they have failed to make the meals that are required, and they have failed to complete the mouth care that is required. It is astonishing that they are even in business. In our experience Paramed has been unreliable and useless.
