I have lived here for almost 4 years and it started out nice. Repairs were done sort of on time and then now I have repairs that are a yr. old and also 2 when I moved in. The superintendent is very questionable. And the office doesn`t seem to help. I am still waiting for my rent receipt which I asked to be emailed and no word on when I will get it. I have water coming in between 2 pains of glass and the plaster is showing signs of dampness. Parking is scarce especially on weekends when there
