Dr. Granite is amazing with our pets and the reception staff and vet techs have been so lovely every time we have gone to see them. Their pricing is very reasonable as veterinarians go as well. We were referred there due to an emergency with our cat and then transferred all of our animals there after our first experience. I would highly recommend them.
Kinda weird. I was a client at Northdale for several years with my dog Ludo. I recently ended a relationship with my girlfiend. She wouldnt let me get the dog. I took a cop and found out that she had stolen my dog with a chip. When I called Northdale they told me that I had no dogs registered to me. I was there with ludo in January and I have the receipts from previous visits as well. Jasmine (Receptionist) told me flat out that ludo was not my dog. Be careful with this hospital.
Terrible. They were very good until they got bought out by a big company. Now all they care about is money. The new vets aren't very good with animals. Would not recommend
The place is very clean and not stressful for our pets. The staff are very courteous and knowledgeable. They always have time for that sudden emergency. They work around your schedule and are open late. The prices are extremely reasonable.
