Bought lots of furniture here over the years and consistently received great service. Prices are reasonable and option to use extended warranty as a credit if you don’t use it up is brilliant! Furniture was consistently of good quality and has lasted and looked great

Bought a double recliner, was talked into the extended warranty. What a joke, the company who looks after the warranty is not accepting calls. Nobody cares. They obviously sell subpar furniture then don’t stand beside it or honour the extended warranty. Calling the store you just get the runaround, nobody is ever available to talk too. Worse than poor customer service.?
Salesman and delivery gentlemen excellent. Service awful. We purchased a 55" LG TV $899. Had it delivered on May 1 with other items (over$6000) Unpacked on the 6th May, tech from Rogers came to set up. TV did not work spider like lines in top right corner. (no box damage) He felt this was a factory issue. Called service and sent pictures. Bottom line, were told it was our fault, pressure on screen when unpacked. No refund! We are out the 1015.87. Bull.... will never shop there again...
Bought a dishwasher from London Leons and it was the best experience I’ve had during a pandemic! The assistance was incredible and the manager was great! I will definitely be returning!
They have not honored there full coverage 5 year Warranty we called over a year after purchase, its a year later and this couch is falling apart. They sent out a guy six months ago, was talking about fixing parts, absolutely nothing has come of it.
I bought a 70 inch tv from Leons in London and it was damaged. They made me wait for 1 hour until I got a refund, lots off attitude from the general manager and customer service. This was a horrible experience. I will never spend penny at this horrible business ever again.

Delivery drivers made us wait all day only to find out that they could not find our house within the city. I would expect a delivery driver to be a bit more resourceful, and Leons should consider providing their drivers with something called a map. Thanks for wasting my time.
