This location is useless.{Homer Watson} Waited in line 10 minutes, only one car ahead of me. Got home to find my "Chicken Bowl" was a bowl of mashed potatoes.No chicken, none! They don't answer the phone so I couldn't even complain or inform them that I would be back for refund. Wasn't given a receipt either. Useless, waste of money.

Possibly the worst service I've ever had they r rude and take way to long. The website quotes average 40 mins for delivery and I've been waiting over hour and a half. When I called the store the lady on the phone was so rude. This isn't the first time either I've wait over 45 mins from the line till I got my chicken burger and fries. I guess I should have learnt my lesson. They either need to start doing iq test at interviews or better train there staff something up this is rediculus sad patheti

We went to the KFC at 951 Homer Watson on March 5 2017 and this is the last time we will ever go back there we spent $40 on a bucket of chicken meal and all that was in the bucket was legs and thighs, Chicken legs are the cheapest thing to buy and paying that kind of money I would think that we would have gotten a couple of breast pieceslThe box of fries was half empty and they forgot the salad so if you have the urge for some chicken I would strongly advise going elsewhere stay away
