Good experience, prices, and service. Thanks for making my day easier!
The doctor and the staff were very friendly and good with my little guy. Though I wasn't pleased with the mistakes that were made considering how much I spent for their services. My dogs weight is listed at more than double his actual weight on the print out they gave me and I can't be sure the meds they supplied are for his correct size. Also they forgot to give me any proof of rabies shot and I had to call and pick it up later. I'll be going to Blue Cross next time.
I had concerns about my Yorkie since she is the third of her breed over the last 30 years. My last yorkie had severe allergy to the initial needles and I was worried. Because of my concerns all needles were given in smaller doses and after the first needle she had absolutely no problems. Since I travel to the states regularly I am glad we don't have to worry about updated shots.
I have to say, I was thrilled to meet a veterinary team that was so good to my pet. Dr Osuch was very helpful through my Maggie's cancer scare and his bedside manner with both me and her were so above call. Now that Maggie has passed (of old age) I have Zeke, a rowdy chocolate lab. He sees Dr Ellie Baird. She is so friendly and it shows she loves what she does. Zeke is always happy to see her and the girls behind the desk that give him cookies :) I am happy that I finally found both a friend and a doctor for my pet.
*WARNING* i feel this vet is not informative at all. i had taken my dog to get neutered i was aware of a scab on his arm but was not worried. as my dog was in surgery they call me asking me if i want it removed, i know nothing about this marking. so i ask some questions the person i was talking to on the phone could not give me any information on it except i should pay an extra 90 dollars to have it removed. it didnt seem like a concern because of lack of information, so i left it. now it is bigger and annoying my dog. so i called back and now its going to cost me 400-500 dollars to get removed. i find this ridiclous because my dog was in surgrey when the call to inquire it (doesnt any one examine the dog before doing sergery?) also i am disgusted at the lack of information form the represenitive on the phone.
