nobody in bar always smoking or doing nothing...there is beer special from 2 to 4 pm and bartendter decides to walk away at 4pm.

Waitress came to us several minutes later saying she forgot about us. She forgot our friend's order. We requested to see manager at first, manager did not come out instead got waitress to come to talk back, blame us and charge us double for what was paid for already. Accusing of not paying when we already did and have proof we did. She made a scene and falsely accused of not paying. Never coming back, absolutely horrible service. Waitress name katie.

I found service to be quite good considering it was a UFC fight night. Food was good & defiantly worth the money. I would go back again.

Waitress stold change from us

I was there a monday night with my 3 girlfriends and the waitress adviced us of the beer special but not the chiken wing special ( very convinient) she said that we had to pay as you go so everytime we got as beer we had to pay ( felt like delinquents) the worst part, we all got different change so she was robbing us each about $2 each time.

Very Bad service!! I have been in this place several times, and everytime the service gets worst. If it was too busy I would understand,but when your not busy: Customers should come first Not what happend lastnight at another bar. The waitresses are always standing around talking to each other , I have seen a lot of customers leave upset, with this service. I will have to say NEVER order the Antihios from here, Its mainly Tortilla

Stella in a plastic cup. You've got to be...

Stella in a plastic cup. You've got to be kidding. So I ordered another and asked for a glass. Nope - next was in plastic - but ooh! It had a stem. My third and final pint, I mentioned that Stella should be in a glass, and he agreed - yet still couldn't find me one. Plastic, three times. Burgers on Wednesday were good for $4, and our waiter was alright. The confusion at the front door while 7-8 people waited was a farce, and revealed the staff's incompetence at seating people efficiently, and co-operatively. Downtown Kitchener riff-raff, seemingly gang-like, perpetually filled the best seats of the patio. Wouldn't go back.

Not blown away

Because of the size, location, and theme of the restaurant, me and my date thought that they would serve fresh pub type foods. I ordered the 'chicken tenders and chips' which just turned out to be frozen packaged chicken fingers and cold fries. My date ordered the ''top rated'' burger in the restaurant and it turned out to be dry and extremely typical. The service was very slow considering how much staff and lack of customers were there. The restaurant itself was dark and dingy, even during the day, and there were rips on the seat padding. The place needs fresher foods, faster service, and a good makeover.

Worst 50th Birthday party ever!!! Period

I went there for my 50th birthday party, and I wouldnt believe I would be treated so bad. There were about 15 of us and we were sitting outside. We ordered a couple of the beer bongs. The beer didnt show up for almost 20 minutes. We ordered our food, and waited an HOUR AND A HALF. The food was cold and we were fed up, we should have talked to a manager but one of my friends said he had a problem here and the company did nothing to resolve it, he said he even met the owner. Boycout any Partytown company Please, they ruined my birthday.

even worse than the Still

went to watch the euro cup 2008 game here, since it was close by work, and possibly recieved the worst service and food ever. First, I had called in the morning to see if they were airing the game. The girl on the phone said "the euro what? umm well if its on TV we can play it" i kindly hung up the phone... Ordered beer which came in PLASTIC cups. (we were not even sitting OUTSIDE!) it was one of the hottest days ever at 30 degrees and humidity at ultimate high, so needless to say the beer got warm fast, so ordered more and requested a GLASS instead. waitress still brought it in plastic. so asked AGAIN and she said "ohh sorry! " and then we had to pour our own beer from the plastic cup into the glass. the food was greasy and needless to say we didn't eat all of it. The Tvs were not on sync with each other so one TV there would be a goal and the other one you would hear it before actually SEEING the goal. then the tvs just shut off and on altogether. it wasnt busy at the time we went, (mid week during the afternoon) so there was definately no excuse for our waitress disappearing for 1/2 hour while we waited to ASK for the bill. she was very slow and unintelligent. the decor still even had 'the still' written on some signs and was cheesy and looked just like all the other places, casey's, east sides, etc. i wish they would stop opening up these lame chain bars in the kitchener downtown core and open up a REAL, unique and GOOD pub with GOOD SERVICE i would never visit here again

Nice Change

Went for dinner with 3 other couple. We were greeted at the entrance by a polite hostess. she seated us and advised our server would be with us in a minute. The server acknowledged she would be with us in a minute as she walked by with an arm full of drinks. she arrived seconds later and immediately took out order for drinks. They came in what was an exceptable amount of time. Dinner was order which included a couple aps and dinners. all the food was very good and hot when it was served. I noticed they have separate people just bringing food out. This is probably why it came out piping hot and in about 20 minutes of ordering. we were there as the still and noticed they have lot more staff on which is a good thing. we will definitely return.

Horrible Service

Please note that THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO THE GUELPH LOCATION! For all I know, they are amazing. The new location in Kitchener, however, needs significant improvement. My party and I visited on a Friday evening and had to wait 10 minutes for a waitress, 15 minutes for a beer, and 20 minutes to order a second round. When additional guests showed up, we asked for a few more glasses to share the pitchers that were already on the table. By the time the glasses showed up, we had finished two full pitchers, and had no beer to share. Although I admit that beer disappears quickly around myself and my friends, we are talking about a 20-25 minute wait FOR GLASSWARE! Over the course of 3.5 hours, we saw our waitress about 6 times in total, and 4 of those 6 were in the last hour. They messed up our food order, took forever with our drink order, and their only excuse was that it was "hectic" that night. As an ex-server, I asked where her section was, and she pointed to a total of 6 tables, 3 of which were empty. Horrible service, and probably won't be going back!!
