I called to inquire about my shipment and they asked me my name and company name; I had spoken to someone else previous week so they did not recognize my name; I gave the name of the person I had spoken to last week; the lady disconnected my phone saying I better talk to that individual; I tried calling 5 times (twice after a few minutes gap), they disconnected my call every time, very rude peronnel
