    I completely agre...

    I completely agree with llsalund - completely disorganized. They fail to provide documentation for important issues. Completely unprofessional and hostile staff, threatening even. They care only about their bottom line and will not work with you for special circumstances. They will give little notice prior to increasing condo fees - by up to 20 percent in many cases. Beware any property owners who are managed by this company. Sell or risk significant financial losses.

    It is slightly disorganized and has a team of young people that are not versatile with the ACT. Board has to be on alert and have expertise in the Condo ACT and legal matters as the management team is not so clear on issues.
