I have been going to L’armour for almost 2years and everything was good until last week. Cindy was very rude with her remarks about my feet and and also about my hands. If my feet and hands were perfect, I wouldn’t had gone there to have my feet and hands done. If you respect customers who are paying for your salary, it is a must that you keep your arrogant remarks to yourself. I don’t know if our group will ever go there, but if we do, I will request not to have Cindy.
I had a 10:00 apt and they had given away all the spaces so I had to wait a half an hour. The pedicure was ok, but they didn't get all the dead skin off my feet. Also the massage didn't last long, wasn't worth the extra charge for the delux. I won't be returning.
My friend and I had appointments for shellac mani/pedis. The receptionist was too busy texting to even respond to us. The sugar scrub from the pedicure was nice but she didn't wash it off completely, so I had to do it myself in back room. Later at home, I saw that my nail colour was applied unevenly. They also forgot that we were getting manicures, so they scrambled and did our hands as quickly, but we were left with streaky and uneven application. Not so clean, expensive, unprofessional. Avoid!
