I have been going for many many years it has moved its location at Eastgate to another salon very nice girls from haircrafters new ones from that location was there last night one of the associates from that location was just nasty to the girls from haircrafters i would think that if you have worked with the girls for a month you would know their names she was not very professional at all i think her name was Shea only because one of her clients ased for her.

Absolutely love my trips to this salon! Kristen and the rest of the ladies treat me right start to finish. Great customer service, and I always leave feeling fresh and beautiful! 10/10 would recommend!

??‍♀️ store in eastgate is just awful. Had a half older Chinese/Asian lady give me a buzz cut since I like my hair really short and she was done my hair in less than 120 seconds. Rushed the whole haircut leaving it patchy and uncleaned. I asked if she can square off the back since that was the main reason why I was there and she said that she doesn’t do that she just shaved the neck a little and leaves the natural look. She left hair uncut all down my neck leaving it looking terrible. Awful.

I've been at this location 3 times always for highlights. On my 2nd visit hairstylist who proclaimed to it was her specialty did my hair and I absolutely loved it. On my 2nd visit to her for a root touch up, she decided to do my hair in one solid colour and charged me for that. It was awful and not what I wanted. Next day I had to go back and have it corrected by a different stylist. This stylist did a terrific job in remedying the problem but now I have no confidence in Nora to do my hair.

I would like to share my experience regarding the haircrafters in Eastgate mall,Hamilton location. I went there on Saturday Jan 2nd, 2016. As I approached the front counter I had been assigned to a "Hair Stylist" who was sitting there looking miserable with zero desire to be there at all... I had sat down in her salon chair and she had asked me what I wanted. So my first question is always "How long is your inch?" ( considering some stylists make up their own inch sometimes.. given past experiences. ) She automatically smirks and says "Well, what do you mean?? An inch is an inch?" Automatically making me feel as if my question was rediculous and ended up leaving me feel stupid. So, I said "Okay..." and proceeded to request 2 inches off the back layer, hair framed around my face and the layers trimmed and freshened up. I had requested a dry cut, which has never been a problem and she had stated they never do dry cuts considering their $200.00 scissors that will be ruined. So I settled. The process of my hair cut was a total of three and a half minutes long. She failed to make sure all the lengths were matching on each side leaving my head with different lengths on one side of the head then the other in various spots! Overall, I am very unpleased with my haircut, the way I was talked to and the Hair stylists attitude the entire time. I don't recall her smiling once unless it was a sarcastic smerk with a sarcastic reply. I have been a customer for more then 5 years and doubt I will return to this location. This wasn't worth $22.00 for me at all, not worth the attitude or worth 3 and a half minutes of leaving my hair looking like a mess that I have to spend another $20.00 fixing her mistake!!
