Great Customer Service! I ordered an online bouquet from them for Mother's Day, but the flowers dried up a bit during shipping and my mom ended up unhappy with the product. The owner offered a full refund and gave me a free bouquet!
This company is incredibly unprofessional. I ordered a yard bag of dirt from them and attempted to get it delivered for 7 days before finally giving up and demanding a refund. They overcharged me for the order and I kept getting the run around from their staff. I even had one of the several staff members I talked to tell me that they've had "nothing but hassles trying to get yard bags delivered this year". If you don't have the means to offer a service, you shouldn't offer it!
Worst customer service from the owner - she does not care at all and very rude! The 3 female employees very polite regarding problem but can't do anything without speaking to her. Ordered Triple mix and received 'landfill' soil. Phoned 4 days in a row..spoke to all 3 employees. Boss said she would call yesterday...still hasn't! Never do business with them!! Even the employees seem afraid of her - pretty sad and pathetic!
Recently ordered soil and sod from this company. Despite follow up and confirmation the product was not delivered. Follow up with the company ended withit would not be delivered until the next day. No one in the store could take ownership or provide a reason. Canceled the order. Unless you are only buying from them at their store (cash and carry), my advice is do not deal with this company and certainly do not provide any advanced payments. Avoid at all costs.
Matt at the depot has been really helpful in getting our deliveries when we need them, even when the time line is tight. He goes above and behind to help our company meet our needs!
