Costco Wholesale General Store - Tire Centre

Ill get over this, but it is so infuriating. Since COVID, I only leave my house for medical appointments. This morning I got bootted and spurred and drove an hour to get to the Costco on Blaire, only to be told that my confirmed appointment was given to someone else. Yes, all my info was on the system, for some reason it didnt book he appointment, apparently something that the system wont allow (except for this one time). Sure, shes sorry, but not as sorry as I am sitting in the parking lot..

I visited this location to pick up glasses ordered more than 2 weeks ago. Things had changed since. Not sure where to start, I tried to get to the carts which were behind a line up of patrons pushing carts. Blessed be the bearded patron who yelled at me not to get near him. Poor soul, you must have been very scared but just remember buddy that everybody is scared! Blessed be the lady in the optical department, you were such an angel I was nearly in tears. You made up for him. Thank you.

I have been a Costco member for many years and lately have had to return meat that has been compromised. That is to say, it looks lovely and red on the outside but inside the package, under the red dye, it is brown. This does not impress me as the name Costco once meant quality. Dont know if all Costco stores do this sort of thing, but I have returned meat at more than one. On the upside, Costco is one of my favourite stores for shopping. Hope those in the meat departments do better.

En général, excellent. La raison pour laquelle je n'attribue pas 5 étoiles (*)est à cause de la grande frustration que j'épprouve chaque fois que les produits espagnols de charcuterie comme le chorizo, le promage manchego et le jamon serrano) (produits par ailleurs très limités comparés aux produits italiens)disparaissent pendant des semaines, voire des mois. Le goût pour ces produits ne se limite pas aux espagnols (nombreux)de la région; les canadiens les apprécient autant, sinon plus!.
