This place is an absolute scam, do not use them. They over change and try to scam you out of your money. Terrible customer service and extremely rude. DO NOT RECOMMENDED

Find another repair company. I wish I had done more research before calling them. Without getting into detail, they forgot that I was the client who was paying them to do a job. My recommendation is to go elsewhere if you need something repaired.

called and asked if I could book an appointment and they let me choose a day but not weekends. they then said they would call me 2 hours before they were supposed to show up. I did not get to choose a time when they would show up. That day they called me at 9am saying they would be there between 1-3. they showed up at 4:30 with no notice. spent 20 mins unclogging my washer then charged me $440. they were nice while i waited to get extra money transferred to me but the washer still did not work

Poor service and uncourteous staff.

Really bad service. The warranty company LG uses is garbage. Euro Appliance Service LTD. arrived and did some work but didn’t do the work correctly and didn’t even know if the repair was done correctly and left with the refrigerator thinking it will work. When the fridge was still hot inside without a whisp of cold air we called Euro Appliance Services LTD. Then Euro Appliance Service LTD. Told us we have to start the process again and call LG again even though it is their technicians fault.

My parent's stove had issues where one of the stove would turn on even when it was not turned on. My mom almost got burned and so we called to get the stove replaced. Customer service tells us they will send a technician to check. Technician came and was very rude. Told us nothing was wrong and that we need to pay them for their service because nothing was wrong. If there was no issue such as my mom almost getting hurt, do you think we would waste our time contacting you guys? Very unprofess

My landlord hired them to fix my washing machine. Not only did it take 4+ weeks, but when they were done they left the drainage hose behind the machine on the ground instead of putting it back in the drainage pipe and it flooded my apartment. When called about the issue, they say it was my fault for not physically pulling the washing machine back out of the cabinet and checking everything myself after they left.

The quality of work was initially awful. Insist on a senior technician visiting. We had a dishwasher-drainage issue linked to a faulty installation. The first technician did not know what he was doing; rather than admit this he made the problem worse. After he left, our dishwasher flooded the floor below us in our condo building. The company had to visit us *4 times*. The last was by one of their senior technicians and this finally corrected the flooding caused by the first technician.

I had got my refrigerator and washing Machine serviced from Euro Appliances and both time I received exceptional service . They are very experienced and they know what they are doing . Definitely I will use them again.

Called to book an LG washer repair. Very rude on the phone and wanted 120 dollars only for diagnostics.

Flat out liars. Promised a repair call on a certain date and failed to show up. Excuse was that they phoned me. No calls logged and no message. Then would only schedule a call for a week later. Not impressed.
