I had to return my husbands glasses because they neglected to put the glare protection on them. Recently the bridge of my glasses broke.They are Burberry. I asked how such expensive glasses could be so poorly made. The bridge is plastic, made to look like chrome. There are tiny screw holes with a miniscule amount of plastic remaining. According to Hadia, I was just paying for the name. Entirely new frames had to be ordered instead of a replacement bridge. Have been waiting for over a month.

Went in to ask about having my glasses repaired and the gentleman that I was speaking to took care of the repair complimentary and I didn't even buy the glasses there! You just don't meet people like this very often anymore! Highly recommend patronizing his business, I know I will the next time I need new glasses!
