Customer service over the phone is complete garbage. No matter what time of the year I call they NEVER pick up. I'm especially upset today because I just bought a pricey toy, and toys or us brand batteries and my item does not work at all. Dont know if its cuz the batteries or the toy itself. I tried to call them several times today regarding this issue, but no one answer at all in the babies r us AND toys r us sections at this location
