Poor customer service.
I contacted support about a product not in stock, they told me it should be in stock soon.
When the item came in stock I ordered it. However TVape did not ship my product in over a week.
I contacted support to ask what was the problem, they said "the item is not in stock... we will not ship anything until you reply to this email"
No store ive ever been to has sais something like that. Worst part is they ignored my 4 emails asking to cancel the item and decided to ship it L
Awful shipping. Every other online store Ive used during COVID has managed to get my orders to me in a reasonable amount of time. These guys will take forever and blame it on Canada Post. Shop elsewhere.
