Discount Car and Truck Rentals Evans & Kipling

The people at the Evans and Kipling location are very friendly and helpful. I spoke with a young lady on the phone to speak about my reservation and she was knowledgeable and made good suggestions. When I was unable to get my USB 12V charger to function properly she located one for me to use temporarily. Only drawback was some trash was found in the compartments. By far one of the best locations in the city. The work with you.

OK Process but a Bad taste in the Mouth

The rental process itself went as smoothly as it could but there is no parking for your vehicle at this location. The VERY rude rep sent me to park in the plaza across the street. When I returned to pick up my vehicle late that night I was accosted by a VERY angry business owner from the mall. She yelled at me for a couple minutes and told me she would have my car towed if I ever parked there again. It was humiliating and unnecessary. For that reason, I will never use this location again.
