DO NOT BOOK at Body & Soul (1 East Mall Cres and 2195A Bloor Street West). They only care about money. I have gotten hundreds of massages in my life and this was the worst massage experience I’ve ever had!

Boycott alert! Body and soul massage therapy has implemented a vaccination passport requirement. I am completely appalled considering this decision is not based on sound medical facts or any changes to government mandates. When I asked the reason, I was told it was to protect their staff and other customers. I explained vaccinated people can still contract and spread the virus, and the vaccine only protects the person who is inoculated. The manager agreed with me but said she cannot do anything

Amazing! Best facial of my life, and they had all the COVID-19 Protocol--masks, temperature check, robe, flip flops, hand sanitize, constant cleaning and sanitizing. And best best facial, expert hands, top products. My skin is glowing and it felt absolutely heavenly! Best 1.5 hours of my life!
